Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We collect the following when you use AILine: your email address and username; your university and year level, if you choose to give them; your lecture schedule and exam dates, whether you enter them or import them from a photo or PDF; any lecture slides you upload, and the text extracted from them; your messages in the study chat and the plans generated for you; your study preferences, such as the days and hours you study; and payment information when you subscribe to Pro, which is processed by our payment provider and never stored by us. We also record how much AI processing each request used, so we can manage the cost of the service. Card numbers never reach our servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the AILine service: reading your timetable, generating study plans from it, answering your questions in the study chat, tracking your exams, and sending essential transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset. Schedules, exam dates and uploaded slides are sent to our AI provider so it can produce a plan or an answer for you; they are not used to train anyone's models. We also use privacy-focused product analytics to understand which parts of the app people struggle with, which includes recordings of interactions with the interface. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account from Settings at any time, or request deletion by emailing admin@huloolfuture.sa; we process such requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your schedule, plans, chat history and uploaded slides. Records of what a request cost to process are kept without being linked to you, and payment records are retained by our payment provider for the period their own legal and tax obligations require.

Third-Party Services

AILine relies on the following trusted third-party processors to function. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• •Supabase — database and authentication hosting (data stored in the EU)
• •Vercel — application hosting and delivery
• •Moyasar — payment processing for subscriptions purchased in Saudi Riyals. Card details are entered on their form and never reach our servers.
• •Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that reads your timetable, builds your study plans and answers in the study chat. Your content is not used to train their models.
• •Resend — sending account and notification emails
• •PostHog — product analytics and session replay, hosted in the EU. This records how the interface is used so we can find what is broken or confusing.
• •Upstash — rate limiting, to keep the service available and bound its cost
• •Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics

Your Rights (PDPL)

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@huloolfuture.sa.

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes — under any circumstances.
