We collect the following when you use AILine: your email address; university name and year level (entered during onboarding); your lecture schedule and exam dates (entered or imported by you); and payment information when you subscribe to Pro — processed securely by Stripe. We never store or see your card number.
Your data is used solely to provide the AILine service: generating personalised AI study plans, displaying your schedule and exam countdown, and sending essential transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing admin@huloolfuture.sa. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
